Enjoy the unmatched peace of mind of continuing care with a program that gives you the assurance of advanced levels of residential health care, should it ever be needed.  This is secured by a one-time entrance fee.  If you prefer the flexibility of a rental plan, that’s available here, too.  We even offer a rebatable fee structure.

Your monthly fee at Grand Lake Gardens covers basic apartment utilities; a main meal each day; recreation options; services like housekeeping and transportation; and a variety of wellness programs.

Meals at Grand Lake Gardens are served in our dining room with a panoramic view.  Our menu includes ethnic and vegetarian preferences.  We try whenever possible to make sure residents don’t have to give up what they’re used to and what’s important to them.  This is just another way we provide grand service and attention to detail!

Grand Lake Gardens’ rental option lets you try our services and amenities with the option to convert to a continuing care contract.  If you do convert, you are offered a discount.   Should you prefer the assurance of lifelong services, you can contract with us for a guaranteed continuum of care.  Our partner, Piedmont Gardens, delivers a full spectrum of health services to continuing care residents, if these are needed. Our personalized approach includes a unique in-house assistance option, should you need special support to maintain your independence.  This is valued by couples who have differing health needs but wish to continue to reside together in the same apartment.
