A Full Continuum of Care
Flexible options for a worry-free retirement
What is a CCRC?
A CCRC (continuing care retirement community) is designed to continue to meet the needs of seniors, even as they change, by offering housing and access to a continuum of care, from residential senior living to assisted living and skilled nursing care. The range of services provided may vary from community to community. Fees and contract options also vary.
What options does Grand Lake Gardens offer?
At Grand Lake Gardens retirement community in the Bay Area, you can enjoy unmatched peace of mind with access to a full continuum of care, secured by a one-time entrance fee. Or if you prefer the flexibility of a rental plan, that’s available at our senior living community, too.
Your monthly fee at Grand Lake Gardens covers basic apartment utilities; a flexible dining program; recreation options; hospitality services such as housekeeping and transportation; and a variety of wellness programs. Our rental agreement gives you flexibility to enjoy all our services and amenities without a long-term commitment. If you prefer the assurance of lifelong services, senior care – if ever needed – will be provided at our ABHOW partner Piedmont Gardens, just a mile away.
Our personalized approach also includes a unique in-house assistance option, should you need special support to maintain your independence. This is valued by couples who have differing health needs but wish to continue to reside together in the same apartment.
